How do I take Personal Health Assessment (PHA) in MoneyWellth?

Through the App:

1. Log in to your MoneyWellth account.
2. If the PHA is available to you, you can find it on your dashboard on the Lenux Health Assessment tile. Tap Complete Now under the Lenux Health Assessment tile. This will direct you to a new webpage where you will complete the PHA.
   
   
   
   
3. Tap Start Assessment to take your PHA.
