The process of linking a financial account usually takes 1-15 minutes. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours to pull in all of your transaction data.
If your account is still not successfully linked after 24 hours, we recommend unlinking and then relinking the account. To do this, follow the steps below.
- Go to the Profile icon in the left navigation menu.
- Click on Manage Linked Accounts.
- Click on Remove Account.
- After your account is successfully removed, add the financial account again by clicking Add new account.
If your account is still unsuccessful, it is possible that our secure account linking partner, Plaid, is experiencing an ongoing problem with your financial institution. You can verify the status of this situation by visiting this link.
