If your financial account is not syncing automatically, don't worry; there are steps you can take to ensure your data is up to date. The frequency of automatic syncing varies based on your MoneyWellth membership type:
- Free Membership: Automatic data sync occurs bimonthly (on the 1st and the 15th of the month), supplemented by three manual syncs per month. You can choose when to use them. Data syncing includes your account balances and transactions.
- Premium Membership: Enjoy real-time automatic transactions and balance data syncing, and the flexibility of unlimited manual syncs.
MoneyWellth uses a secure partner, Plaid, to connect with your financial institution(s).
Ideally, once you link your accounts to MoneyWellth, your data will be shared per your plan's schedule above. However, temporary account disruptions may occur.
- Delays - Your financial institution may be having trouble sending information to MoneyWellth. This issue typically resolves itself within a few days. We recommend waiting for it to resolve on its own. If this issue continues after a few days, you can always contact us at support@moneywellth.com

Needs Reconnection - Your account is not currently connected with MoneyWellth. You should see a banner on your dashboard that is prompting you to reconnect. Click the "Link Now" button on the banner to restore the connection.
Please note that manual syncing is only available on the mobile app and can be done once within 24 hours. If you need to sync your data manually, tap Sync Now on your dashboard.
