MoneyWellth partners with Plaid to connect your financial accounts securely. Sometimes, this connection can be disrupted due to policy changes at your financial institution or Plaid. Additionally, if you've recently updated your password for one of your linked accounts, you must reconnect that account with MoneyWellth.
When this happens, MoneyWellth will not be able to retrieve your transaction data, which can cause the following issues:
- Your Budgeting section will display outdated data.
- Insight Cards on your dashboard will show inaccurate information.
- The monthly budget overview email will display incorrect data.
If you notice any of these issues, please reconnect your accounts. Look for a banner on your dashboard prompting you to reconnect. Simply click the "Link Now" button to restore the connection.
